This time was for a puncture that was fixed in hours even though dropped off without booking. Plus it was fixed rather than needing to be replaced at a small cost, useful for a 6 month old tyre”

“I visited the Newark branch today for repairs and the service was brilliant. My car failed its MOT with Halfords this morning and they said they wouldn’t be able to fix it for a few weeks, I rang a few other garages and was told the same thing. I tried kwik fit and Leon said he would look at it there and then if I brought it down. He had sorted my handbrake and replaced my windscreen wiper within 30 minutes and the service was brilliant. I was able to get a retest the same day thanks to him. I definitely will only be using kwik fit from now on, thanks so much to Leon!!”
