Awful!! This shop misold a phone to my mother who is 76. She took in her old phone which was struggling to pick up calls and their ' device and connecting experts' (as written on their website) completely missed that the reason was simply because the 4G box hadn't been ticked, only the 2G and 3G were ticked. See pic. We (her family, living miles away) discovered the problem within 3 minutes of inspecting her old phone. The shop, however, decided to sell her a brand new phone for £167 that she really didn't like want or, it turns out, even need. This was 17 days ago. We live in Somerset so we have only just been able to check what was wrong with her original phone. This shop has said they can't ussue a refund because it's outside of the 14 days 'cooling off period'. But they MISSOLD this phone to an elderly lady. It is ethically wrong. I cant get anyone to take responsibility. The customer service was next to uselss and this shop is a rubbish shop. Don't let your elderly parents in there , they are all on commission and ready to rip them off.?

Arrived at the 3 store in newark today 10 mins b4 closing with a very slow sick phone the assistant manager had a look at it and did things to the software that was mind boggling to me the phone is now perfect again this guy definitely knows his stuff.thanks a lot to the 3 team at newark outstanding customer service.

I wish to thank the young man on the 4th September who helped me. I had a ticket sent to me via Ticketmaster to put in a folder ready for use to get admission to the AbbaVoyage performance in London. I am 71 opened my account with Three over a year ago in the Newark Office and happy with everything. Today's visit was very much appreciated and wanted to say thankyou you went over and above the line of duty to help me and I'm very grateful. jayne jarvis

Nice enough in store staff, it's hard to figure out who to trust amongst all the chaos of a contract cancellation going wrong and not going through. Surely though this store is more trustworthy than the three store in Leeds Trinity. They would not have left the contract to run, ultimately I believe this store over the other any day.Felt more comfortable in this stores presence than the other.

Not enough words for how valuable and amazing Three store Newark team are. Always willing to provide exceptional service over any type of ?sale?. Every staff member in the store is incredible and always willing to help, even if you?re not on the network! It isn?t just service either, they?re friendly, approachable and even willing to have a laugh through the most complicated problems. That?s commitment and exactly why I travel from Lincoln to Newark whenever I have a problem?

We?ve been into this store several times and they always surprise us with better info and deals than we could find by ourselves. Will in particular has been a brilliant help on all the times we have visited. They are also really patient in looking through all potential packages even when we dither indecisively at first, and are genuine in their efforts to find the best deal that suits our lives. Wouldn?t go to any other mobile store in fact.

I mislaid my Android Motorola phone whilst motorhoming in Bulgaria, along with its Three SIM card and £26 on my PAYG account. Back in the UK, passing through Newark, I called at the Three shop where Shelly soon found me on her computer, confirmed that I could have a new SIM card with the same number and keep the credit. She also set up the Samsung Galaxy A13 phone I bought, along with a 5000mAh battery as backup when riding my bicycle and a second SIM to extend my data use whilst roaming. All done with great patience and a reassuring smile. Great service!

Every time I buy and fit a data only sim I have to jump through all sort of hoops just to see what data I have left. I wasted an hour last week and and another hour today talking to experts who have still not managed to resolve the problem. Is there a worse website or app than this rubbish?
