Awful!! This shop misold a phone to my mother who is 76. She took in her old phone which was struggling to pick up calls and their ' device and connecting experts' (as written on their website) completely missed that the reason was simply because the 4G box hadn't been ticked, only the 2G and 3G were ticked. Arrived at the 3 store in newark today 10 mins b4 closing with a very slow sick phone the assistant manager had a look at it and did things to the software that was mind boggling to me the phone is now perfect again this guy definitely knows his stuff.thanks a lot to the 3 team at newark outstanding customer service.
