I bought some t shirts from them all wass small.they don't return the mone just give me a voucher now i wass at hetm with the voucher and they don't want to accept it.... be aware..wery desapoint and don't recommend to bay something from there as if not fits you will lose the money

There was no one to assist in the store, and the staff seemed very uninterested. The product selection was also quite limited. I bought an item and wanted to return it, but they refused to give a refund and forced me to accept store credit instead. I?m a tourist, so this was especially inconvenient. Very disappointing experience

They r OK. But the prices of things in there r getting expensive, same in all sports direct stores, that is why I never go in much now.
Just for a football top like arsenal it's nearly £90 these days.i have not bought a new football top in 9 years. They r to expensive now.
Trainers, tops, bottoms, hoodies, etc really expensive.
So I will not be going to any of these stores no more, sorry.

Be very wary of buying if you're not sure you'll keep the item/s. ALL stores have a NO REFUND policy??!! I bought trainers for my son who wasn't with me, took them back the following day to find out I can't get a refund, only an exchange or credit note. When you question them on this the reply is; "it's the policy" and "there's signs up everywhere." They do have a refund policy online however, so you're better off just buying online and saving yourself the hassle of going into a shop. Then if they don't fit just send them back!

Asked a staff member about stock on a pair of Slazenger trainers. The trainers were at the far end of the shop. The staff member walked with me to the trainers. He looked through the stock, identifed my sizes. No issues at all. Checkout staff helpline and polite too. Well done Sports Direct of Newark on Trent. Shop local folks. Support our local retailers.
