Went to get some fuel from Jet and something cold from the spa as it was a warm summers day. Tried looking for cups for the slush so saw an opening at a door beneath the slush machine and opened it to see cups underneath. Thought they were for customer use as normally the cups are close to the slush so went down to get some out and suddenly the well built woman at the till with glasses shouted and raised her voice like she was talking to a child and said that the cups were at the till and not to get them from there. The way she was talking to me was like i committed a crime. Obviously she thought I I didn?t speak any English and didn?t understand the tone of the English accent when I?m born and bred so she started to raise her voice trying to belittle me in front of other customers. I raised my voice back like she did and told her not to talk to me like im a child. That quietened her up and taught her a lesson (gave her a taste of her own medicine) not to discriminate against customers again and to treat them like you want others to treat you. Something called empathy that is lost in some people knowadays. Customers always right (unless they look different to you at this place) stay away and use another fuel station if you got humanity in you. ??

We have just signed up for the too good to go app, as we love the idea of not wasting food.We've used it for a few places now but this evening was our first experience using the app here. I swiped too early to say we were here and the lady (dark hair) said she had to swipe our phone. (during covid I find this hard to believe). We weren't sure what to do so my partner went back again and she said "What do you want?" in the rudest most abrupt tone. She refused to give us our order. So we drove there for nothing and paid for an order she wouldn't let us have, even though we can evidence we have paid.I won't go back there using this app, and will now boycott it for fuel too. You don't speak to customers like that. Absolutely the worst customer service I've experienced to date and the same for my partner. Who is 43. So that says a lot about the level of hostility received this evening. Dreadful. Jobs are hard to come by in this day and age so I am amazed she even has one.

Fuel is at an average price.Plenty of space between the pumps.Prices for goods inside the shop are also decent unlike some other petrol stations.There's always only one cashier behind the till and you have to wait a while. It would be nice if the cashier at the tills would be a bit polite.Plenty of parking available if your just visiting the forecourt shop or the Subway inside..Inside the shop, I've seen it a few times now where cleaning equipment is on the shop floor but no cleaning going on, just an obstacle in the aisles.
