Purchased a log cabin from these guys about a month ago, seemless ordering process, quick delivery and the produced is really great quality. I'm not the most handy in terms of DIY but found it really easy to erect. Would definitely purchase from them again.

Summer house arrived in full and with panels in good condition. The main bag of nails provided though were unsuitable (far too big and blunt) and should be avoided for all by the more robust sections. The barrel locks that come with the pack we're also weak and broke within a few days.

A lovely looking shed from afar. The base is really good, but the quality of the shed itself is rather thin and flimsy.
The delivery of the shed was not on the day agreed. I waited at home all day. Bearing in mind, delivery times were up to 20.00 hours on the day, I phoned the company to check the delivery time to be met with an answering machine that the office closed at 15.00 hours.This was at 16.30 hours.
Needless to say, after various emails, the shed arrived on the Tuesday (another day taken off).

I purchased a Pawhut chicken run from Simply Log Cabins. It arrived in good time and delivery was trackable. The chicken run is now up and looks great. No missing parts and pretty decent instructions. A seemless journey from start to end, thank you.

I?m mostly content with my Scotland 1/Norland Log Cabin but some aspects have been disappointing.
Following receipt of the palette I noted some impact damage on the outside of the plastic and two of the flooring planks were subsequently found to be partly crushed. I cut the straps and sliced open the plastic cover which resulted in most of the timber collapsing outward skinning my shin.
Reviewing the enclosed documentation pack revealed some multi-lingual general shed assembly instructions, some engineering drawings of completed wall sections and some break-out drawings of the door, window and canopy. Some of these were just annotated in German. Frustrated I phoned then e-mailed requesting more detailed assembly instructions and received no reply. This was particularly frustrating since some of your competitors supply these and even provide ?how-to? video clips.
All of the items were included although warping was evident in some of the wall timbers and floorboards. With insufficient spare items I resorted to compressing offending items in-situ and screwing-in temporary restraining battens.
The build is now 99% complete and has taken me (as a competent DIY-er) 2 weeks. The only items requiring ?second-person-assistance? were the 4 large roof panels.

Love my cabin , kit arrived promptly and fast . Driver was friendly and helpful. Kit was protected in weatherproof plastic and stacked so was all in the right order for building . Very easy to build , took me a few days but I was working at my own pace alone . Kit contained spares and everything fitted perfectly .
