I just popped in at 4:25 a.m. to get myself some food look through the window and the Hot cabinet is completely full but yet I was refused food because apparently cannot be served until 5:00 a.m. I drive trucks for living this is a little bit ridiculous that there's now a time limit on when you can buy food from stations

There is no lpg autogas facility on site and none for miles around . Clients may be mislead to travel considerably long distances to find autogas not available.

Says it's open 24 hours and disabled assistance and facilities but it's a lie. Door is locked and guy said they're closed, through the intercom just now... Don't stop here!!

Good waitrose store but wholly inadequate services 1 wc out of order but never enough to be called a services. The surrounding area Is a bombsite and the local council and landowner need to do something about it. Forecourt is packed with arctics and cars all in the same small area

Been here tonight, 10.30pm. Waited 10 mins for someone to turn on the pump! No staff member in the shop. Two bikers said they had been waiting 10 minutes before I had
Got there! Tooted horn, still no one showed their self. Another car turned up. And a pick-up truck came as well. All stood waiting for the pumps to be switched on! In the end 3 of us left.
Add to this, this is always the most expensive place for diesel in Newark, and tonight was 10p a litre more expensive than the BP garage 10 miles the other end of the A46 dual carriageway (near pennells) for diesel. Only came here as the Shell near pennells was closed!
