Absolutely 0 star wasted my time two days in a row over small 250ml liquid bottle order one day for next day delivery it comes
Go to shop next day 2nd time still it's bit here yet please come again my time is not for free circling you promise a service you provide it on time not let down over a £6 pound product I wasted more in diesel

Very disappointed with screwfix Newark.
I would have expected a linear service and training throughout Screwfix staff. Being told one thing and actually carrying this out and finding it?s not possible.
I was told that a price match would be available in store but then it was denied by the manager Kyle.
He then continued to deny me ordering it in store, at this point I wasn?t best pleased and couldn?t Believe this, the amount in question is £200.
I did raise my voice and show signs of frustration.
He then refused to let me order online , I ask why his response was rather alarming , he called me a knob not once but twice and after witnessing him Kerry decided to not even intervene I guess the bad peas in the pod stick together.
I suppose some of the other reviews on here reflect how the service has derailed over the last few months.
After being a Screwfix customer for a longtime and spending 10s of thousands of pounds I found that Newark store is a Mess. I will never shop in there ever again and I do hope that the Manager Kyle doesn?t speak to anybody like that ever again, he?s an embarrassment to the Screwfix community and all the customers and staff who were present at the time.
For all the other Screwfix staff please keep up the good work.

Great staff.I am not a plumber,Luke was very helpful in working out whst part I needed to fix a burst pipe this weekend saving me from having to call for an emergency plumber.Many thanks.

Store has gone down hill massively in recent months.Several jobs delayed as a single member of staff keeps asking a 35 year old for ID to collect adhesive. Or asking for a pin check on £20-30 orders (all other screwfixes we use only ask when over £100)I?d understand asking for ID if collector was young 20s or if the order was just for adhesive, but when an order contains other items which make it clear the materials are for decorating?COME ON!Tool station is just around the corner and has staff who aren?t jobsworths. Screwfix your loosing custom because staff don?t have common sense. Management needs to have a review of their service!

Picked up my order with no fuss. Staff were very helpful with product advice and even directed me to a competitor to get something they didn't have in stock. I would have preferred to buy it from screwfix, but I needed it that day.

For some reason I don't like Screwfix that much. I think it goes back a couple of year's. I purchased a reciprocating saw off them and it broke within the guarantee period and it was supposed to be automatically replaced with a new one but they wouldn't do it. They sent if off for repair so I had to buy another one as I needed it for work. As you can imagine I wasn't happy, ever since then I only go to Screwfix if I absolutely have to. I use Tool Station instead now and I think they are slightly cheaper.

Ordered on-line. It was a bank holiday but Newark branch was open. It took 2 minutes to collect my order. Very efficient as usual.
