Barely any toppings or cheese on this Large pizza. It's sad and disappointing. We stopped going to Newark Papa John's because of a previous issue. I thought I would give them another try. It's edible but a local place that sells pizza wouldn't be so stingy. No wonder Papa John's is losing business left, right, and center. Closing down everywhere. It's just a matter of time before this one closes too.

Had a great experience at Papa John?s!
The staff were friendly and professional, and the customer service was excellent. My order was prepared quickly, and everything tasted fresh and delicious. Definitely a place I?d recommend and return to!

Really enjoyed my visit to Papa John?s.
The pizza was good, fresh, and tasty. The staff were polite and helpful, and the overall service was great. Will definitely order again!

We ordered the giant cookie on uber eats. They didn?t have it in stock and instead of calling us they just substituted it for the four cookies. This is not online disappointing as it?s significantly less food but the item is significantly cheaper than the one we?d ordered. I called the store as I thought it was just a mistake or the wrong order but the person who answered was incredibly rude and gave half hearted excuses instead of actually listening. Will never be ordering again.

I put in a delivery preorder for 3:30pm (the earliest available time, as for some reason if you preorder before the store is open it doesn't let you enter a general "asap") but really wasn't concerned about it arriving at that exact time. Missed a call from the restaurant on my way home, I'm assuming to apologise for my delivery being late... It turned up at 3:36, with the driver apologising for the delay. A whole six minutes! Hardly a delay at all. Pizza was fresh and piping hot. Can't fault it. Thank you for going the extra mile.
