Very nice helpful people.i have accidentally broken my glasses a number of times due to my physical and learning disabilities and the people always take great care of me.we always have a little laugh when I go in which helps to put me at ease.Thankyou for a very nice friendly service.

I have been a customer of Opticare (and my family) for many years and the service has not wavered. The eye tests are extremely thorough. Staff very polite and kind. I've purchased a new pair of Etnia barcelona glasses and love them. Options of coatings and lenses were given and thoroughly explained.

I was so impressed by the optician I saw. He was not only thorough but kept me informed throughout. I had been struggling with my existing glasses that were only 7 months old and his prescription is excellent, speedily ordered and I can see very clearly. Always a pleasure to go to Opticare. I always feel that my eye test is thorough and I'm well informed about the state of my vision. Newark branch Very highly recommended from in through the door to a very warm welcome from members of staff very helpful and excellent advice then your next step eye test again very welcoming first rate thorough assessment very patient with me ask lots of questions to help your needs no questions too daft for them. Back to the staff that help you decide what is available to you and different options. Like I said very highly recommended will never use anybody else now

Great experience I felt that my eyes were tested more intensely than ever before which was much better for my needs I was given the correct glasses and nothing seemed to be too much for them which I really liked as other places I feel rush you out the door as quickly as possible this wasn't the case with opticare therefore I have rated them with maximum stars for a great service from start to finish
