Appalling customer service..!!

We visited one stop store in Newark on HAWTONVILLE today at 11:12 with my family.
As we were waiting at the till we had to wait for very long time. The lady explained that there was something wrong with the card transaction from previous person who bought milk and little dairy products so we waited a little bit longer.
When we were ready, we paid with Apple Pay (£9.65) and the card machine was failing, again, then in very rude fashion the women said that we have to insert the card in. When we explained it?s the Apple Pay and we don?t have a card the women was keep telling us that ?we have to? insert the card. Not sure what was so hard to understand. Explanation that she (the employee) had an Apple Pay on her phone didn?t make any sense.
I asked if we could use the different till as my husband paid before me and everything was perfectly fine. I also said that she did admit that there was something wrong with this card machine, the answer we got almost screaming was : ?I DIDNT SAY THAT!!?
The nasty comments to other customers after us that she was just trying to do her jobs really shouldn?t happened.
Please can you be more careful when selecting employees or at least send them on training how to talk to the customers and how to respect other human beings.
We used other till with a lovely young lady and transaction went through very smoothly.

Awful parcel collection service. Not useful and turned away many times

The post office service is extremely slow and very unhelpful, selective in how customers are treated.
Ended up using another local shop to return my faulty item. Who was extremely helpful and informative, won?t be using the post office again.
The One Stop staff treats me with weird attitudes, they are up and down, sometimes nice sometimes moody, and the new young girl is rude. guess I?m living in a discriminatory place, still gona use them because that?s what they?re there for lol, if you don?t like working in a silly little shop then do better!

Staff are not bothered, not helpful or polite. Got there at 10 to 10pm to post something that someone had just bought on eBay, and they wouldnâ??t let me in even though there was no one else in the shop! The lady holding the door was not polite in saying they were closed nor apologetic. Change your opening times if your door is not open til 10.

Used to be a good store,now it's just shite.had to walk out and leave my shop at the counter today.there were no staff I called out to b served twice and no one came.after I left I saw both staff having a smoke at the back door.ill take my business elsewhere now.

The staff here tend to be friendly, and there tends to be everything you need in a hurry being a local store, the only downside is that items can be more expensive than other places.
