really poor service on an online order, shop said they had it, then they didn't have it, then I received an email to say I had returned it. The shop found it in their returns cart (I had never seen it), they offered to resell it to me - before I had received any monies back - totally disorganised

Don't shop here - The parking is run by a scam Company and you will be fined up to £100 if you do not park exactly within a parking bay........avoid at all costs until the shop owner does something about this!!!!!YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!!!

I want to leave a review of the wonderful service I received in the Newark branch. Thank you to the two ladies who served me and accepted a late return. ( I had a valid reason) . They were so professional and friendly and just did a fantastic job confirming that I had paid full price when it came up at a reduced price and just been really pleasant and thoughtful. I really recommend their excellent customer service ??

I love the style and quality of next clothing and find their work wear, formal wear exceptional quality. The Newark branch is great for collecting click and collect items. Easy parking, good opening hours, friendly staff, quick and efficient service.

Reasonably priced and decent quality clothing and homewares on sale in this next shop. Staff often seem a little harassed as though understaffed though and it's often messy or untidy throughout.
