Returning so e jeans as they were too large. Straightforward process. Staff member asked if I wanted to check if they'd got different sizes in store. She found the perfect pair of jeans for me !

Appalling and rude customer service.
The 60 year old blonde cashier, humiliated the customer in front of me, for refusing to give her an email address for a receipt, then mocked her to me after she left. Then, when I asked her for a paper receipt she tried to lecture me on environmentalism.
Ironically, I'd now rather order online and use twice the plastic and cardboard.

Called the Newark store today to check they had a shoe in for daughter?s prom. The store didn?t have the exact shoes in stock but the lady was able to find shoes very similar which saved us a trip to Nottingham. Zoe was extremely helpful, polite and efficient.

I lost my bankcard and the staff here was very helpful! The sale items are very good also, it is clear what is on sale and what is not.
