I am absolutely blown away by the service, care and attention I received from Jayne Young yesterday while shopping for my mother of the groom outfit. Nothing was too much trouble and I can't recommend them enough, particularly Haidee who was so kind and not only gave me the shopping experience I was hoping for but also ensured I was able to make the right choices. Brilliant.

Very well packed, fast and efficient delivery to Northern Ireland and there is no problem with refunds. There is understandably a small fee for delivery and is free if over a certain amount and returns are understandably at your own cost.The clothes are the brands I like and I enjoy looking through the website for fantastic bargains. One of my favourite online shopping shops??

As an older bride, my search for an outfit had been long and depressingly fruitless?..until I paid my first visit to Jane Young?s shop today. The choice was amazing and the patience and kindness of Lindsey was second to none! Charlotte?s sensitivity and skill as a seamstress was unbelievable! I had a Mother of the Groom wedding appointment with Lindsey to find a dress. It was such a lovely experience being helped to try on as many dresses as I liked. She helped with wraps , accessories and generally made it all feel special . There was no pressure to buy anything ( even though I did) . I would recommend anyone wanting a ? special ? outfit to book an appointment and enjoy every minute.Thanks

Really wasn't looking forward to shopping for my mother of the groom outfit as the ones I had seen online were not my thing at all. Had tried another shop in the morning that stocked things I wouldn't even be buried in! Popped into Jane Young on the way home and hit the jackpot with Jess. I told her I didn't know what wanted but certainly knew what I didn't want. So many items that looked OK on the hanger, looked better on and once Jess produced a variety of hatinators they looked amazing. She also managed to keep my husband entertained throughout the whole procedure.Cannot recommend highly enough. Thank you Jess.

Excellent shop, Sharon P was so helpful in helping me choose an outfit for my son's wedding and Charlotte was helpful in altering the dress to fit, her experience as seamstress was evident as the dress fitted well. Would definitely recommend them

Have had the most fantastic service from Jane Young. Ordered a dress online and received it quickly as requested. Lost the belt from the dress, and the team at Jane Young worked very hard to sort the problem for me.Excellent communication and a genuine desire to help sort a problem. Refreshing!

The staff at Jane Young Newark are just fantastic. I was assisted in finding a wonderful outfit for my son's wedding by Sharon and Lyndsey and cannot praise them highly enough. Their advice and friendly service made choosing my outfit a really enjoyable experience! Nothing is too much trouble and they took time to really make sure that I was happy with my choice. I would completely recommend Jane Young for a special occasion outfit - their service is second to none !!! ?

Wow what a wonderful morning I had at Jane Young shop 21/03/2023. I was greeted by Sharon G who was absolutely superb ? ? I couldn?t of asked for better service from her.I was looking for an out fit for my Granddaughters wedding in September 2023. I wasn?t disappointed I tried on many of the beautiful hats, dresses, jackets, shoes and clutch bags until we came down to 3 outfits ?. I finally came to a choice from the 3 from head to toe my outfit was now complete ?.Thank you so much Sharon G for your time, patience & professional help nothing was too much trouble, the coffee was fabulous too.Five stars ?? ???????? to Jane Youngs incredible staff. A shout out to the Sharon who I spoke to over the phone who gave me my appointment also car parking directions that was just so helpful ?.
