Called in the store this morning for Apple Cider Vinegar and Zinc doohickey things for my wife. The staff member that served me was really helpful and even recommended ways to take ACV. Nice to be served by someone that is bubbly and friendly.

I stopped by at this branch yesterday to purchase turmeric capsules. The female member of staff who served me was a real breath of fresh air. Lovely, friendly personality and extremely knowledgeable. Only wish I had asked her her name. Excellent customer service. Signed up to the rewards scheme too. Will most definitely return to this branch.

Was served by a extremely rude young lady because I said yes I would like a receipt. Have shopped at this store since it opened in Newark and have always received very curtiese service. If this young lady is serving in the store in future I certainly won't be shopping there again.
