New lady in Greggs is incredibly rude. Asked for hot yum yums from the board and was told they don't do them. On a separate time she got really huggy because I asked for a regular coffee and because I didn't know what she meant by "what type" (white or black) she visibly sighed and rolled her eyes at me.
Place is always filthy and the food on the hot counter is always cold.

Ordered a sausage roll, a cheese and bacon turn over and a sausage cheese and bean slice. The sausage roll was kinda warm and the other items were cold and horrible, must have been left out for hours. Not acceptable. It was busy too so im not sure why fresh items were not being baked. Staff were nice.

First time trying out this Greggs at 12:30 today, however both staff at the counter were incredibly RUDE, (50?s women slightly blonde with purple glasses, and 20?s man tallish with beard.) Both extremely impatient, and snappy with not just me but other paying customers.

Very disappointed, it doesn?t really matter what time I go there there?s nothing warm enough to eat it. Is funny how you ask the staff if the steak bakes or sausage rolls are warm and they say no like they know for sure all this food been there for longer enough to know isn?t warm, You can see in their faces they don?t really bother anymore about anything. The only way to have some warm food in there you have to go like 6:30 am when they just open, other way the food isn?t warm the whole day around. Is a shame because they used to be quite good.

Was in a bit of a hurry, was a bit busy, but did get a seat. Tables not cleaned but the chicken cob was delicious.

Went in on a Sunday at 8:45 (So plenty of time to cook the food) and was barely anything there. When I asked how long to wait for it, I was told half an hour. I'm sorry but 45min is plenty of time to get most of the stuff cooked, it's mostly reheated stuff anyways. What's sad is I'm a regular, and so was really unimpressed. Shame.

Came into the store to have a sit down for a peaceful lunch when one of the staff members who wasn't in uniform but a dirty pink jacket was swearing and yelling at the top of her lungs at another staff member behind the till. I was appalled by this level of noise, bad language and unprofessionalism and left to eat elsewhere. This isn't the first time that this individual has been disruptive in this manner...

I've never seen such useless management skills, leaving one person behind the counter during the lunchtime rush while queues are often out of the door. Feel sorry for whoever gets plonked on for the hour of death. The prices are going up too though, and the quality definitely isn't.

Great food, the same as other Greggs. Slightly slower service during busy times as it is always full.
