Visited today to see about a phone repair.Wanting to charging £120 I was quoted for a £200 phone. Which I can buy refurbished for £140.Upon leaving your store I Googled your website, looked at the repair online and it states £99. Extra chargers if a strip etc was needed (if I clicked on it would be more etc) Well none of this is needed as its just a broken screen.So can I ask why you was trying to charge me £21 extra in store? Thankfully I left and went around the corner and got it fixed for £60 and was given a phone screen protector for half price.

On vacation, iPhone 12 new screen required, 140 quid, 10 days later, no Wi-Fi or blue tooth. Screen keeps asking for genuine apple screen and not to let substandard people repair it !All they ask for is to unlock your phone and extract all your personal data !Staff are unqualified, way below tech knowledge, old and out of touch ! Asked for money back refused, i have reported this business to the Newark trading standardsThey also have another shop in Lincoln, with unqualified staffPop up shop at best !AVOID TERRIBLE!They should go back to flipping burgers in a lay by

I have now used fone doctor several times. They have repaired an ipad, replaced the keyboard on my macbook and now replaced the screen on my iphone X. Everytime I use them they have been great, offering advice on the problem, providing a fixed price for the repair, completed the job on time. All this with great and friendly custmer service. They are very professional and friendly!

I offer you the star just so I can leave the comment that you don't deserve it. Employees do not respect customers, speak ugly with them and do not give all the information you need. Personally, I was told that will cost X price to fix 2 tablets but when I came to pay they told me that it will costing me 3 times the price. It is not worthwhile to waste your time with them. They don't respect the customers and they speak very badly with them.

Superb service by Lawrence. Instantly, diagnosed the issue with my iPhone and order new part. Arrived and fitted within 2 days. Less cost than expected and a very professional and friendly service. Highly . Camera now works perfectly. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend this company. I had a screen replacement 6 months ago and started to play up! With no issues fonedoctor replaced under warranty. Very happy with how professional the man who works there was and will definitely use them again in the future.

I have used FoneDoctor (Newark) a couple of times. 18 months ago I used them for a replacement battery in an iPhone 5s (quick service and a good price) and the phone is still going strong. And again recently - really helpful advise on replacing a screen on an Apple watch.

Use anyone but these, took my phone in for a new screen, £40 cash and done straight away, wonderful, after a day noticed bottom corner was loose buy still worked, thought i'll take it back next time I pass, few more days and the screen goes completely. So I take it back and they say it's a faulty screen and needs to be sent away for testing. Test centre rings me and it's my fault and I have to pay for a new screen. I've broken an 'inner screen' apparently. Most likely in my view is they left a screw under the original screen when the fitted it and won't admit it, this caused internal crack. Avoid or end up paying double.

Took my iPhone 5c in thinking it needed a new lightening connector. I didn't have an appointment and the lads were really helpful and sorted me out immediately. They could have given me a new connector at £30 but they were having none of it. They cleaned it out, and it's as good as new. No replacement needed and saved me a lot of money. I will always go back as I trust them and they know what they're doing. Before you shell out money needlessly I suggest a visit for advice is well worth it.

Gave my iPhone to replace battery which they did correctly but got home and then realised the speaker was not working. On the next visit they fixed it but now the screen does NOT stick to the frame on top right corner. On the third visit I was told they were too busy to look into the issue that they created and asked to come the next day. On the fourth visit there was temp there she at least acknowledged the issue and tried to fix it but 3 days later the screen on one of the edge does not stick to the frame and I can see light leakage on the side of the phone.Stay away from them. It?s far too big a risk asking them to repair expensive phones. Will not go back mainly because of poor customer service and lack of desire to fix an issue
