Absolutely ridiculous customer service staff are not helpful at all, ordered new phone to the store for collection first I went in needed my ID which is wish someone let me know so couldn?t collect came second time waited about 45 minutes just for collections of new phone told them if someone can just fetch it for me before get start dealt with timely customers they said no. Better customer service is needed in a shop.

I visited here today to urgently replace my old Samsung phone. Millie and her colleagues could not have been more helpful, knowledgeable and plain amazing.
Thank you for a fantastic experience. I will be back to you when I next need to replace my phone, no question.

Good location, largish sized shop on the main street with big windows providing good daylight. (About twice the size of the cramped Vodafone shop round the corner) which influenced my decision to go for EE. I was served by a helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable shop assistant.

Store was busy on day of visit, but still staff were patient efficient and attentive. Our salesman was Richard who dealt with home broadband and multiple phone contract changes. He definitely deserved this 5star rating. Thankyou
