Absolutely ridiculous customer service staff are not helpful at all, ordered new phone to the store for collection first I went in needed my ID which is wish someone let me know so couldn’t collect came second time waited about 45 minutes just for collections of new phone told them if someone can just fetch it for me... read full comment
