Young lady that served us was very rude. I had no idea what to order and asked if there was a menu and she was very unhelpful. If I wasn't with others I'd have gone elsewhere.
The coffee isn't great and I can't say it's has the cosy coffee shop feel that other Costas have. Everyone working there seems fed up.

Contrary to another review from someone else last year, I don?t have an issue with seeing anyone drinking water with a straw (hydrate however you want) and thankfully I am aware that ordering a regular is a medium size too. All members of staff were very inviting, welcoming and very easy to talk to. Didn?t see anyone on their phone aside from when on break. The coffee was great and everything was very clean. I have been going regularly and will most definitely continue to do so. 100% beats the store I have close to my workplace in Lincoln!
Vegetarian options: Labels are clear and members of staff well informed. Very helpful with recommendations also.

We arrived at 4.10 it's closes at 5 and was asked if ok in takeaway cups as they said they were closing soon, I could have to Greg's for half the price for a paper cup. I just said yes I guess it was to much trouble to wash 2 mugs

Excellent place for a coffee and a snack, went in yesterday with my Grandchildren, lovely helpful staff and Michelle was great with the little ones, nothing too much trouble and a relaxed, welcoming place, well done, credit where credit?s due.
