I just bought balloons from card factory, Newark. I asked seller to inflate that ballon. He said it would last for 8- 10 hours, but instead it doesn?t last for just one hour. Totally frustrated and disappointed. ????

Good selection of cards and use this shop on a regular basis. The reason why I have given it 4 stars is that I find the staff a bit hit and miss. Some are very friendly and pleasant, whilst others barely say hello or even look at you!

Went in tonight at about two minutes before they closed and had so many cards to buy! Even though I?d gone in so close to closing, the two ladies in there couldn?t have been more helpful. I was so grateful and they deserve the recognition! Thank you so much.

Very friendly staff, makes effort to talk to there customers, always happy to help and nothing is too much trouble. Store fully stocked and plenty of choice and designes of cards as well as gifts

Visited Newark store today for some special bits for Mother's day and some bits for a couple of big birthdays coming up too.
