After my experience at Boots today, I honestly wish I could give lower than one star . I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the customer service I received at Boots, particularly from a staff member named Vicky. Today my doctor informed me that my prescription would be ready to for collection and with that I visited Boots Ollerton to pick it up. Upon arrival, a friendly staff member assisted me, but it was discovered that my prescription was not yet ready.
Although I was disappointed, I remained patient and continued to engage in a pleasant conversation with the helpful staff member. However, my interaction was abruptly interrupted by Vicky, who emerged from the back and confrontationally questioned how long it had been since my doctor had informed me that my prescription would be ready. Despite not being involved in my initial interaction, I calmly explained the timeline.
She then proceeded to pull a face at me and ignored my response.
Vicky was extremely ignorant and when asking for her name, she proceeded to ignore my request, and I had to check her name badge to obtain the information. This experience was extremely disappointing, and I found Vicky's behavior to be both unprofessional and disrespectful. I hope that this feedback can contribute to an improvement in customer service at this location.

Put my prescriptions monthly sometimes twice a month for my mother when the script is ready I receive the text message and they go above and beyond the front house. Staff are really nice and the pharmacists are very well educated and polite along with the rest of the team. I think this particular branch runs in an extremely professional manner, I would recommend if you are at any other pharmacists to change to this one

Always go the extra mile. Can't thank the staff enough. Had my usual repeat prescription to collect but had been to see the GP and needed to collect a further prescription. This was dispensed very quickly so I could collect everything all at once.

I'm afraid I'm struggling to write many positive things. The team are all great hard working and diligent but struggle to get medications done in a timely manner and this now needs to be addressed. The phone rings and rings no one answers it. Probably because they are so busy. ? It takes an eon for medication to be made so I have no choice but to move my pharmacy medication collections to another pharmacy. As it is this pharmacy services are not fit for purpose. I do not not recommend using Boots Ollerton.

Pleasant staff, but they never have medications in stock.
I just rang their number at 4.35pm and after 20 minutes of ringing I put the phone down because no one answered .

Not impressed. Handed in prescription Friday, told to collect Saturday after 2.30. Saturday told no deliveries on Saturday. Tried to collect Monday but pharmacist was at lunch? Hardly an open all day service. Should change opening hours. Wednesday almost success. Prescription required 15 dressings. Come in boxes of 10 so pharmacist decided to give me 10 and send me off for another prescription. They're individually packed, identified and date coded so ?Tesco next time
