Boots what can I say you lost a sale this afternoon. Went in store today bout 4ish. I was looking to buy some perfume. The young lass was sat at a desk not sure what she was doing but clearly not wantingto help . She made eye contact then opened a door thought she was coming to help but walked away out the back. Very rude The perfume was £135. Very sad but you can see why shops are closing with the lack of customer service skills

Went in today to the pharmacy desk, waited for a good 5
minutes to be served. Woman was messing around with some shelves, clocked me but didn?t come to me, then went in to serve a customer who had just rocked up to the till!!! Was not happy!! Bad customer service, I took my custom elsewhere at that point! ???

A great store all staff so helpful all departments very helpful especially pharmacy x you can hand in any medication out of date to dispose of and the donation point near tills drop off of items to help people is a fantastic idea x cheers nicki t

The older balding man with glasses is extremely rude and unprofessional. He scanned my Boots card after clicking the card payment, I confronted him saying that with the card it should be £3.60, he quickly cuts in and gives me a short ?no?, tells me to just tap my card. So what is the product labelling there for?
Looking at the previous reviews from 8-11 months ago also leaves me shocked that he still works there in this manner, multiple people had the same issue even back then, ridiculous. Go back and do some customer service training ?

Visit the boots stodman store Newark.
I wanted to say the staff member Whitney, was so lovely and helped me pick some make up . She was really knowledgeable. She came across so warm,genuine and not pushy at all. I'm so happy with the products .

Older bald man with glasses (no name badge) serving at the tills unprofessional and rude.
Didn?t allow me to scam my boots card pressing the card payment option on his till before I could scam my boots card and when I ask him if it scammed he lied to me saying that it was done so I paid and left, later I realized that the meal deal discount wasn?t applied therefore my card wasn?t scammed so I confronted him about it and he gave me a points statement to shut me up saying that my card wasn?t working and there was nothing he could do. It?s not about the discount on my meal deal is about the audacity of that man lying to me two times. Avoid that man just go to the other till

A horrible staff member, decided my problem must be less important, or she just couldn't be bothered to have some common decency and ask who was first in a queue, after she'd clearly seen me waiting for at least a few minutes. Decided to serve the gentleman that just arrived, probably because it meant she didn't have to walk as far, and when her colleague tried to serve me, she directed that colleague to yet another person. Absolutely disgusted by the service and only after I'd made a very audible huff did she even acknowledge my presence and then sent a third staff member to deal with me.
I've never dealt with this lady in my life. We have no ongoing history that I am aware of. I've only been into this boots twice in the two years I've lived in this town.
I could not have been made to feel more unwelcome or burdensome.
I made a point of complaining to the colleague that was directed my way. Finally who quite rightly said you can speak to a manager, but I'd much rather put it here for the world to see.
Horrific service.

To the man that works on the main counter your customer service is shocking every time I have been in. You are so unhelpful and miserable when asked if I can use my points he reluctantly did it and when he had done he said I would have been better off not using them which ended up costing me more.
I would advise people to go to the boots on Northgate bussiness park.
Just leave if you hate it that much.

Dreadful store - no wonder high street shops are disappearing. Stood at pharmacy waiting for assistance. Totally ignored by staff nearby - gave up in the end and purchased in Asda (very helpful).This branch is one that Boots should be ashamed of.

Was totally humiliated by the pharmacist today over some simple confusion over the area for purchasing sleep help.I was treated like a small child, when I was simply trying to purchase sleep help for my depression.I have since felt totally worthless after her ridiculous reprimanding behaviour..It felt like she gained pleasure from it.I will never be able to visit the town again.
