Queued up behind an elderly lady to be served. Several staff members behind the counter, but only one serving. Waited a while, for one of the other staff members to serve a customer that just walked in. May as well have been invisible. Went elsewhere and got great service and decent food. Sorry Birds but you need to sort your service proposition out.

First time visiting, sadly not a good experience. The lady who served us was extremely abrupt and lacked any sort of customer service skills, practically barked at my mum and I, demanding if we wanted to be served. In error we had picked up a loaf of bread that was out of date, we were unaware of this initially upon finding out we instead asked for today's loaf, this seemed to be a lot to ask for. She did not asked if we wanted it sliced and she did not wear gloves when handling the bread. We had planned on buying cakes as well but due to her rude manner, we promptly bought the bread and left.Based on this experience, I would never go here again.

Always friendly and helpful. Great products. Most every 2nd week I pick up 5 loaves for someone else and they are happy to reserve them for me over the phone. Try them, you'll be happy ?
