Queued up behind an elderly lady to be served. Several staff members behind the counter, but only one serving. Waited a while, for one of the other staff members to serve a customer that just walked in. May as well have been invisible. Went elsewhere and got great service and decent food. One of the female staff was turning the ring in her nose. Yuck. Found it off putting
