Just want to say a massive thank you for the worker in Asda :) as me and my autistic son was waiting to use the disabled bathroom my son tried to open the door the Asda worker announced he was using it . So we waiting then when the man was leaving I asked him to hold the door open and he closed it looked at us and walked away . So major thanks for that one mate because then I walked to the pharmacy and asked for the key they never had it walked to the welcome desk and they said I had to wait behind the que which it was very busy . So thanks mate for your kindness that u couldn?t even hold a door open for my autistic son , had to use the upstairs one which means leaving my basket of shopping downstairs which was gone by the time I got back to it .

I bought a trampoline and had completed most of it. Then I found that one of the parts was damaged. I wanted to take only one part to replace it, but they said that it was not allowed! They asked me to put it together and return it for replacement. Everyone knows how many layers a trampoline has. They asked me to bring it back for replacement. The replacement process was so inhumane!

I would like to know why the escalator is constantly broke, its been out of action for at least 5 weeks this time, having to keep queuing for the lift is getting ridiculous, it breaks down all the time, I'm just waiting for the lifts to be out of action at the same time

Another dreadful Asda Cafe experience which to me indicates a real problem with how they are being run/operated. Went in just after 1pm for a light lunch and ordered the new Christmas Dinner and a Cod and Chips. Told by the lady serving that they had run out of both! Seriously? - it was lunchtime and not busy. Oh, by the way - all the ingredients needed are for sale in the main shop?? Two different Asda Cafe visits in a week, 150 miles apart and both dreadful. I won't be risking a 3rd visit.....

Customer service is atrocious, one of the servers with brown hair older woman was absolutely terrible , rude , poor manners and shouldn't be anyway near customers or people. She was working on 18.11.24 - lady asked for some water for her baby and her attitude stunk ! Asda should employ better staff

I should like to speak to the store manager after reading a review of a user with a similar parking fine experience to mine! I was charged a £70 parking fine for just coming into the car park on Easter Sunday! We were tourists, so unaware of the ludicrous restrictions! We were hoping that the cafe might be open! Will never visit again on principle!
