Collected an item from the store this morning which was fine except for the strange lack of interaction from the member of staff. No good morning or recognition that I had approached the counter, even after I explained why I was there and what I was collecting. Not a word. He went off to collect my item after scanning the barcode on my phone. (still not a word) came back with my item and handed it to me without saying anything. So I basically went into the shop and came out with my item without the member of staff saying a single word to me ?.????? now that?s what you call customer service . A very strange chap indeed .

I spent money in this store on Thursday 3rd April. The next day I had a scam text informing me that attempt to spend £500+ here,from unrecognised number,saying they were my bank. Then a follow-up phone call ( private number) proportedly from fraud team at my bank. On checking with my bank I am informed these were both SCAMS! Somebody in-store staff is dishonest!

Always great service at Argos in Newark. Quick and polite. Had an issue with a microwave I purchased and they got it swapped without fuss.

First visit back for some time since COVID , I had excellent service at Newark Argos, I went to the store to purchase 2 items , I didn't want to use click and collect, it was so easy to use the screens , the store was very clean and tidy , I didn't have to wait long , excellent service I'll be back when I need items X highly recommend this store well done.

Ordered a candy fridge freezer from shop served by Linda y who was very helpful as I do not do online shopping,aranged the free delivery service for me,the date just a few days later,had a text the night before given a slot,Kevin the delivery driver rang next morning to say he was an hour away,then text later to say he and partner were 4 minutes away,brilliant service explained everything and took all packaging away,so a big Thankyou from a very satisfied customer

Explain to me why on your page it says "Important information
Bought an age-restricted item? The person who collects it must be at least that age or older." But my friend who lives in Newark went to pick up some earrings for me as your Lincoln branch was sold out and was told that because she wasn't me she couldn't pick up. Explain to me why my husband could collect from Lincoln with no issues but your Newark branch refused point blank even though she has the email with all the details. I am totally disgusted with the Newark branch. Your t&C's show that "Proof of reservation would include: -
Reservation Number
Print out from the internet
Text message/email showing reservation number" nothing that it should be the person purchasing should be collecting.
