I have been a member of the Collingham branch since it opened and the Newark branch before that. Both locations are great with a wide range of equipment. The PTs are friendly and the classes are always full! There’s a wide range of classes and sessions for people of all abilities.

Started PT sessions with Graham about 10 weeks ago, and noticed a massive difference in my overall strength. The sessions are well planned, progress is tracked and I always come away feeling like I’ve been worked hard! Graham is also a lovely guy too, and we always have a good chat during our sessions! Highly recommend!!

Simply the best gym! Not only are the owners friendly and supportive, so are the personal trainers. Nothing is ever too much trouble for any of them - even if you’re on your own work out and need a bit of help.
The equipment is top notch and they continually invest to keep standards high and the gym is very clean

Arena Health & Fitness is an independent fitness and weight training gym, with locations in both Newark and Collingham. Our well equipped gyms and highly qualified staff offer everything you need to be able to achieve your goals.
The gyms are equipped with a wide variety of cardiovascular and resistance machines plus a large selection of free weights including; multiple bench presses, lifting platform, squat rack and DB's up to 50kg. We also have a functional area that includes a prowler track, battle ropes, kettle-bells, farmer's walk handles and more, plus a training rig that has punch bags, TRX & more!
We pride ourselves on our friendly and welcoming environment, which caters for all ages and abilities.
