Just purchased a integrated fridge freezer from here a couple of weeks ago,we have bought quite a few appliances over the last 18 or so years and they always have what we want at a price we are happy with . Good reliable company that have moved with the times.

Genuinely really disappointed by just how useless this company is.I selected an oven on the 24/9/21, added it to the basket, went through the purchasing procedure and selected to have it delivered on the 1/10/21.I was sitting about today (1/10/21) waiting for it to be delivered and began to wonder why i never got any form of notification about delivery time etc.I went to check my emails and discovered an email from them on the Saturday the 25/9/21 saying that the product was on a 6 week lead time as per the website.I thought hang on a minute, there was absolutely nothing stated about a 6 week lead time on their site.I went back to the site and the webpage had changed to that of where you needed to request a quote for the oven that I had purchased and it is physically impossible to put it in the basket, never mind pay for it.So I give them a call to find out what was going on and got a very wonderful story about how their systems had been down and how whenever you book to order a delivery (of which I chose 1/10/21) that that was only a preferred date and wouldn't actually be the date that they could deliver.I was then informed that as it had conveniently arrived yesterday that they could deliver it, would you believe it, only on a Friday to my Edinburgh postcode.Just back off the phone to them and after speaking to their logistics dept. they can only deliver it to me next Friday. (funny how it was meant to be delivered this Friday but i must of made that up. yet they can only deliver to me on Fridays.)Typical customer service response of we can just refund you if you don't like it.Such a poor experience and I really hate getting lied to. I would suggest avoiding these clowns where possible

All good, walked in, directed to what I wanted to look at, decided on what I was going to buy, nice man helped me, paid, next thing driver rings and says he's 10 mins away, product delivered on time as promised when I was in the shop, so as I said, all good.

Shopping for fridge freezer, not a lot of choice today, but lots of other kitchen appliances on sale. Pleasant to look around , covid friendly too

Never pre order anything from this place they are cons. Wanted a refund for freezer I didnt get and they will only refund 75% they are a joke. Stupid cons ripping single mothers off. This is the Dartmouth nova scotia location. I do have an order #. The order was placed the first week of Aug.

Absolutely shocking customer service. Was talked over , the person I spoke to was rude and condescending. My card was charged yet was told that account and address don?t match.Appliance direct pls invest some time in to customer service training.Regret having anything to do with this company. Disappointed :(

Helpful knowledgeable staff. Shame the upstairs appliance area has got smaller to make way for interior furnishings. But it does look good. Clearly a lot of effort gone into it.

Excellent customer service. We purchased an induction hob which unfortunately was faulty when fitted. Called the sales team the next day I think it was Ryan I spoke to and he arranged for a new one to be delivered the next day. Installed it today (Christmas Eve) and can now relax knowing the dinner will be sorted tomorrow. Great prices as well.Many thanks.

Avoid!Purchased a dryer online which was listed as ?in stock?Paid for item only to be told it?s not available?Ok, no other machine available at a similar price so refund offered.First told money would be refunded in two hours.Then told 2-5 working days.After 7 days still no money?Then told the refund hasn?t been entered correctly!Very poor customer service as lady in accounts is rude and was shouting back at me and talks over you when trying to get my point across.Yes they apologised when i raised the issue but didn?t care that I?m £369 down for over a week which eventually took 8 days to be returned and I?ve since had to buy another machine elsewhere (on a credit card I might add)I understand things go wrong but this was dealt with very poorly.Not used to being shouted at when I?m the customer who?s out of pocket????Long Eaton appliances were far far better!

Have had appliances from discount appliance direct before and needed a cooker, it was a beautiful day so thought I would take the misses over to the showroom at Newark (usually buy online). What a treat it was to walk in and not immediately be pounced on by salesmen, we browsed around the showroom but couldnt find our choice, we approached an assistant who couldnt have been more helpful, if you live near Newark its worth a visit just for inspiration.
