I have had three appointments with Lucy now and I cannot thank her enough. I am not naturally copper but it is my favourite hair colour. It has been such a struggle to find a hairdresser that gets the colour right and can maintain it without damaging my hair. Lucy has absolutely blown me away with her enthusiasm, honesty, knowledge and skills on colour and cut. I can now confidently go to my touch up and trim appointments fully trusting that it is going to be right! Absolute game changer! As for the salon, it is a cozy, comforting environment with an amazing choice of hot drinks. All members of staff provide a welcoming and caring experience which leaves you feeling relaxed and pampered!

Very pleasant atmosphere, attentive and pleasant staff and reasonable prices.Lucy was fantastic - very personable, took time to understand what I needed and did a great job with my hair! She even gave me a styling tip.This salon is my new favourite in Newark!

I had a consultation with Zoe for hair extensions. Zoe has extensive knowledge and was able to offer me honest reliable advise.Zoe was friendly, professional and I felt at ease as soon as I walked through the door.The staff are polite and welcoming and the salon is modern and relaxing with the right atmosphere for a pamper.

Fab experience. My 12 year old son has had some bad experiences at Barbers and doesn?t like getting his head done. Emma was amazing with him, as she always is with me. He is super happy and says he isn?t going to go anywhere else now. Lovely environment xx

When called for an appointment asked for someone with experience cutting curly hair, was assured that they were. Washed and brushed it straight and then cut it so the length and shape were awful when it dried curly . Avoid if you have curly hair.Nice atmosphere though
