I am a regular decorator that has a trade account and always has a pleasant experience shopping here. However I will say it?s lucky Iain & Kelsey are on the ball because there is a chap that always sits in the office that is apparently the ?new manager?. I can?t say the best impression has been made there.

Kelsey and Ian are a god sent, if theres a way to help you, they will. Unfortunately the manger doesn't seem to give 2 craps about his staff or customers, sat there watching them struggle when it's busy, why don't you promote internally if you clearly have talented staff?

Andy and team have been so helpful and professional in all my decorating needs. I had ordered from another supplier initially, but quickly released that it was much easier/better to shop locally and get proper advice. Can't recommend them highly enough!

Popped in to get a couple of Farrow and Ball paint samples. The man who showed us around was so lovely and helpful. They have such an extensive range of paints from various suppliers.Excellent customer service and very knowledgeable staff.
