Absolutely rubbish...got told my car would be ready Saturday evening and we agreed I would pick it up on Sunday. Got a phone call Sunday morning saying they didn't have a bulb so I couldn't get until Monday.. I purchased an air intake pipe for them to fit for me but they wasn't able to fit it. Had to go find the bulb myself..got told it would be 45 minutes but been sat in there waiting room 3 hrs...avoid avoid avoid

Great friendly service But, £45 to have 2 tyres, which were supplied, is not in keeping with their strap line "never beaten on price".Very disappointed and still awaiting a detailed breakdown of charges.

Had my last 2 MOTs done at F1. I'm always nervous about taking my car somewhere new, feeling I might be stung for repairs that I don't need, but it passed both times with just a few advisories. Great service.

Poor product information. Had tyres fitted. But they couldn't track wheels as machine out of order. Had I known this I wouldn't have had tyres fitted. Rang on the Monday to find out if tracking machine was fixed. The person said they would check. Kept waiting on the phone for 20 minutes. And was then cut off. When tracking was done. I asked for phone call to let me know when the work was finnished. Which I didn't receive. Overall I was disappointed with the service I received. Note I've used formula 1 a number of times with very good service. On this occasion It fell well short.

Couldnt complete an MOT due to broken machinery, was told it failed on only just the head lights. Ended up going to another well known MOT garage to get a test to find out so much more was wrong with my car. If you want a safe car avoid this conpany! im glad the machine broke down and now i have a fully functioning/safe car.

Booked my car in for all 4 tyres to be changed and a 10pt safety check for Saturday 1st April. I dropped the car off for 830am. The garage phoned me at 1pm to advise my tyres weren't even at the garage. I had to close my vet practice and walk 30 mins to collect the car (that hadn't even been touched!!!).Upon arrival, I was stood in reception for an addition 15 minutes. The 'receptionist' was too busy having a laugh out back. You could hear their very loud conversations, and banter. I'd knocked on the workshop door too.He casually walked back to reception, didn't apologise and just handed me my keys back. He stated he'd ring me later that day to rebook changing the tyres. We're now on Wednesday and I've still not heard a thing.So, due to incompetence and sheer inappropriate inability to communicate I've booked elsewhere. The tyres were costing just over £500 in total, so that's a lovely loss they've made.Avoid this garage.

Happy with the work and flexibility that F1 provide. However was disappointed with the mess my car was left in after mot and service this time. Leaves and dust on driver seat and large black dirty mark on mat.

Tyres not arrived for fitting. No phone call yo say they had arrived I had to phone to check delivery.After fitting later that day the tyre pressure warning light said low pressure 2.3 and 1.7 on fitted tyres.Returned yo have them check and inflated to correct 2.5 pressure.
