Service is amazing, incredible staff such a pleasure to talk to. Some members of staff are a wee bit giddy (to find a lack of a better term) but all in all a lovely place to be.

The staff behaves as if they were there as a punishment, but that?s not the worst. I ordered 4 coffees, one with oat milk as my daughter is lactose intolerant. When coffees were ready, for some reason I had doubts and asked again just to make sure, my daughter?s coffee is a 100% with oat milk-they confirmed it was. Less than an hour later, after drinking that coffee, my daughter felt sick, just like after having products containing lactose! If I ever go back there and they will be so irresponsible again, this will not end up with a bad review only!!!
