Coil spring went on my front wheel last night. Phoned Neil at Chapples this morning and he agreed to fix it for me this morning, even though they were due to close early for Christmas. Amazing service, life savers! Friendly staff, great service.

Yet again, incredible service. Can not thank the team enough for helping my wife yesterday when she broken down in Newark. They popped out to pick her up and drove her van (alternator belt had snapped) to the garage. She was looked after so well, even putting the shopping in the fridge! She was lucky they could squeeze the work in and within and hour or so she was back on the road. The team look after all our cars and we?ve always had the very best service. They shop around for the best and we?ll priced parts, give sound advice and are a pleasure to deal with. Thank you for your help yesterday, life savers.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Called Chapples after trying various garages in Newark as I was desperate to get my horn fixed for the MOT, they were friendly and helpful and had the car in the next day, I left it with them and they fixed it the same day at a reasonable cost too. They also advised me that I needed my tyres replacing ASAP, which I didn't know about so I'm really thankful. Excellent service, will be sure to call Chapples first for anything else!

Excellent customer service!After a poor service from a different MOT centre I can?t thank these guys enough for restoring my faith! Fit the bike in for MOT between jobs knowing that the bike was needed for a daily commute and all with an injection of humour too! We will be taking both of our bikes here in future?
