“I hadn't realised that my MOT had run out, and I tried to get in loads of different places over this weekend in Sleaford and Lincoln with no luck. I looked further afield and found a slot with In'nOut in Newark that day.Unfortunately, my car failed at first because of the front brakes (I already knew they were on their way out, but I was hoping they'd get through... they didn't!). Knowing that i needed my car for work this week, the manager very kindly arranged to get some replacement brake pads there and then, fitted them himself and had my car retested for the MOT pass.Absolutely first-class customer service. I can honestly say I've never had better service at any garage. All of the staff, especially the manager, were very polite not only with me, but with other customers who were in there. They arranged other services there and then and really went out of their way to help customers. As I say, first class!!”
