Had a problem starting the car so we took it to Allwoods for a battery condition check. They checked it straight away and the test device suggested the battery needed replacing. Unfortunately, although they could supply a new battery, they don't fit them, so we went across the road to Halfords. We probably paid a little more, but at least they fitted the battery for us

Absolutely bad experience, customer service is so bad I call them regarding one part and they told me to pick it up next day for kne price next day was different price on the top of that my mechanic informed me that they need to give me some money back if I brig the old part back I did and was 5% of the price that my mechanic told me they should. When I confronted them they was just rude. I'm never going back there.
