Owned and operated by the chefs and FOH staff this place is a true gem. They not only bake their own bread but grow their own vegetables. Places like this are the future of the restaurant business.

Probably one of the best restaurants in the local area. Good food and the portion sizes amazing. Good wine selection too. Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about the food they're serving. Definitely worth checking out

Had another delicious meal at the Carpenters Arms Italian Kitchen yesterday. We thoroughly enjoyed our afternoon meeting up with friends - made special not only by the meal but the excellent service and attentive friendly staff. A special mention for Rebecca who was more than a match for my husband?s sense of humour!

Absolutely awesome food! Had high expectations from reading the reviews but did not disappoint. The leek and braised oxtail ravioli was one of the most delicious things I?ve had in a long time. Focaccia amazing too. Wonderful attentive but not overbearing service. Our waitress (not sure of her name but fairly young girl with ponytail) was great. We will definitely be back!

One of the best Italian meals I?ve had in Nottinghamshire! Finding a good Italian is always so hard to find, but the carpenters arms smashes it out of the park - Proper authentic Italian food! Love the fact that they grow their own vegetables and although I didn?t order focaccia it looked so good!!
Really recommend this place, can?t wait to go back!
