Received our food, all 5 pizza bases mouldy!!! Rang and they were no help, no refund offered etc. will never get from here again. Disgusting.

Would waste your money
The food was completely inedible chicken nuggets wasn?t even proper chicken they resembled cardboard as can be seen by the pictures
Coleslaw was sour
Hair was found in the chicken the second the box was opened
All the food was cold ?
When we phoned to try and get the situation resolved the attitude was vile he endlessly swore at us down the phone continuously shouted refused to resolve the situation and attempted to blame it on us
Claims to make the best food round here but the business can?t be doing too clever if he?s that desperate to keep my £50 I spent

First time we used Ruby Murray take away in new Ollerton, was a shocking, I ordered 2 large chicken tika kebab with chips salad, because we were starving, my partner, and I, surprisingly arrived in 15 min, as we were staying 10 min away from Ruby murrays?, we were looking forward to this new take away for us, but we were disappointed, when we open the wrapping paper, we found a very small plastic box, a child size, inside was the smalist chicken kebab I have ever seen, imagine a quarter of an average size of one chicken breast, cut into a very small pieces, with mini chips a child portion, and 5 slices of yesterday onion, not fresh, with no tomato's, no lettuce, just bit of garlic mayonnaise, and we paid £18 for these two chicken kebabs. Now regarding the taste, I will be kind and say it was very average, nothing exiting. I am not a chef, and I could cook better kebab than this one, for two for under £4, if only I wasn't tired and not wanting something quick, but I won't be ordering any food from Ruby Murrays in new Ollerton again, as they are deceiving customers, because the pictures of portions of the chicken kebab on the website looks more bigger and plentiful with salad and chips, but in reality what you get is a very small plastic box with a child portion of tasteless chicken tika kebab with mini chips, no nan bread or salad, apart from few slices of old onions, for this, I would not recommend this take away to anyone, Stay clear of Ruby Murrays at new Ollerton, it's a total a rip off, don't waste your money, you will be very disappointed as we were, if you are holidaying at centre parks in Edwinstowe, don't bother with Ruby murrays in new Ollerton, it will leave you with a sour taste In your mouth.

Small portion and I mean small for donor meat, counted 5 small strips in total.
Forgot the sauce and option to return and to get money back was to visit store when I paid for delivery. Offered to replace but to be honest the quality I got of the food was poor (tried to post a pic but not successful), declined the offer.
Been a loyal customer for several years, they even argued portions have not changed...cold on arrival and a rip off...avoid as its changed from what was excellent before

Food always comes hot, pizza does taste really good! Only thing that lets this place down is they?re extremely tight with toppings & hardly any cheese on the ?cheesy chips?. Thought it was a one off issue with the chips but now is a recurring thing! Don?t pay the extra for the cheese, not worth the money.

Me and my partner ordered from ruby Murrays and we paid £30 for large calzone pizza large mixed kebab and large cheese chips and this is what we got ....... Absolutely disgraceful for price. We then tried to call the place and phone is disconnected will never eat there again!!!

Fried wings and chips were nice, couldn't say the same for Chicken tikka on naan or the Lamb Double burger. It was freshly made and cooked properly, but taste wise 3/10.

Ordered food for delivery.Need to admit that pizza arrived on time and it was still warm.However, barely could see any of the toppings. Being totally honest? I had one paprika slice on each pizza splice - this is how bad it was. It should have tomato sauce on the base - hard to find any..I mean you can do yourself a favor and simply buy frozen pizza from Tesco which would have more toppings than this one.There is no hate, simply dissapointed with food quality. It was made cheap and cheap toppings were used. Let's hope I would not get food poison now.

Ordered kebab last night it was disgusting and tasted off and really old leaving an horrible after taste and after one strip left it all. Called to tell them and he said it?s fresh what do you want me to do! Clearly wasn?t fresh as we normally order weekly and never have a problem. Won?t be ordering weekly now after the rubbish service and no help. Didn?t even feed it the dogs?

The food is less the mediocre it was vile. It is not what you are expecting from an Indian restaurant. The curry was like chipshop curry?? and the southern fried chicken had no flavour the roti are stale shop brought frisbees save you money do not order from here. Iceland curries have more
