Would like to say a massive massive thank you to Paul at mansfield branch , he went above and beyond to get the carpets fitted in time for new tennents to move in this weekend ,I honestly cannot fault him , from coning out and measuring and helping me pick cushion floor ,and carpets ,so polite & Patient..all the staff are great ,so thank you all ..????

Disappointed ? read all reviews and decided to re carpet stairs, hall and landing. Was advised fitters would arrive around 9am they arrived afternoon with no update. When they arrived the carpet was faulty ......spoke to store who advised we had chose a non premium carpet this is not what we were advised in store. We had been advised of quality. The carpet has now been fitted there is dips where the underlay does not meet underneath. Extremely disappointed will not be visiting store again for lounge and dining room.

We always go here when we renew our carpets, it should not have been 3stars, and when the fitters come tomorrow, I'm sure I would improve on the 5stars

I would give these 10 stars if possible! From the initial visit and the attention from Paul and his knowledge and advice we decided to have the whole house done. We had a mix of laminate, vinyl and carpet and I cannot rate the guys who fitted all of it highly enough. They did the whole lot in a day and the end result is superb. Everyone who has visited has commented on how nice the whole house looked. Brilliant workmanship and also service from Paul in the shop. Highly recommended.

Absolutely fabulous carpet and wooden flooring done by the fitters from Wilson's. The service from the staff in the shop is first class. I couldn't be happier. They fitted our whole new house in less than a day. No mess, no scuffs. Fabulous work. Thank you.

The staff were friendly and happy to help. Quickly able to provide prices and quotes with room sizes. A large selection of good quality floor coverings and great value off cuts. We chose to collect and fit ourselves so they folded the carpet for us and loaded it and advised to unfold as soon as possible. They also offer delivery and fitting but I haven't used this service yet.

Ordered laminate flooring and fitting from wilsons and can't recommend them enough! great price for the flooring and fitting, the team that came out were friendly and have done a perfect job! We under measured slightly and wilsons sorted this for us too, will be using them again for carpets soon

Had my downstairs toilet fitted with a plain vinyl today at 12. Was told to leave sealant to dry before entering room. Watched the guy still with shoes on, scruff the brand new vinyl while laying it down, told me it?ll wipe off,the sealant finish is ridiculous. I have a Stanley knife slice and dents in flooring.
