Disappointed ? read all reviews and decided to re carpet stairs, hall and landing. Was advised fitters would arrive around 9am they arrived afternoon with no update. We always go here when we renew our carpets, it should not have been 3stars, and when the fitters come tomorrow, I'm sure I would improve on the 5stars
