Great store with wonderfully shiny staff.
However the
Four seasons security NEED to be more in attendance in this store.
Just walking thru every so often is hardly a deterrent to villains ..step it up.

I went to post something during my lunch hour. I thought, being a post office, that the guy behind the counter would be able to supply me with the envelope to post my item with, but after queuingfor half an hour, was told I needed to go to a different part of the shop to buy the letter first.After buying the envelope, I had to queue again for another half hour. This process meant I was back at the charity shop where I volunteer around twenty minutes past my 1 hour lunch break. Good customer service would have been not making me have to queue again and providing me with the envelope at the counter. Completely atrocious attitude from the employee.

Went to the Mansfield WHSmith @ 4.10pm today to use the post office.
1 member of staff on with 8 people in the queue. This is the main post office in Mansfield which offers the majority of services. You need to get some more staff and have it fully staffed at all times. This is a regular occurrence

The products are good (because of tge brands) but they are overpriced. I get that having a store in such location might be expensive but why would someone buy a pack of pens for £11 when they can but it in Tesco for £10 or online for £8?

Bad. I looked up the opening/closing times and it said saturdays till 5:30. I went there around 13:30 and it was closed. So disapointed.
