“From visiting several flooring places and gaining quotes, we visited the Laminate Master shop and found what we was looking for and to top it off, Ste showed his passion for his work. We initially was going for LVT for our stairs and upstairs for our new build house, however seeing some of Ste's videos, we changed our minds to laminate flooring. Visiting the shop again and speaking with Ste and seeing some pictures and videos of Ste's previous work, we picked our flooring and started the process. Laura and Ste was great in organising when they could visit to measure up. Once we had our moving date, we communicated with Laura to arrange when fitting could commence. It was fairly short notice due to our completion and Laura and Ste was really accommodating in fitting us in. Ste and Ash were great with the fitting, even though it turned out to be a harder than expected job (especially the stairs), which made it a slightly longer than expected job, however once complete.... amazing!
