They often close because they do not have a pharmacist..Whilst I sympathise, it is very annoying having to go back later as it's uphill for me and my heart won't cope with 2 journeys.

Always pleasant and polite. Forgot to order my monthly prescription and needed it urgently, they were more than happy to help and I got it within 24 hours instead of a week they normal ask for. Highly recommend

Tried calling for a prescription ordered on 19th Oct 2022 (today is 1st nov) to only be cut off after 3 mins of ringing.On numerous occasions my wife and I had to chase late prescriptions, find out why not ready in four/five days only to find out there's a problem with delivery/stockSo why not tell us so!!! You have our mob number!

Miserable staff every time I go in, only 1 or 2 staff ever say please or thank you, the rest are what is generally referred to as ignorant. The dispensing chemist is one of the worst.

Another missing item from my prescription. I didnt realise it was my fault.Or is it the doctors fault.Certainly isn't theirs anyway.The attitude of some of the staff is disgusting.
