Bring back the old pharmacy, this one is not fit for purpose.The telephone is never answered and the delivery of prescriptions is very much hit and miss.

Sooo slow its unreal. Get left stood waiting to be seen while all the staff stand around talking about the butchers dog's wife and how it's drinks mint tea... would not recommend

Terrible customer service. I order well in advance, was told my prescription had gone to a hub and wouldn't be back until Tuesday, 4 days later. I have to take my meds daily. I managed to get my meds at asda, where I will go from now on. But its dangerous leaving patients without their medication and all they can say is, we are very busy! The staff are rude to customers if they dare to question them. I even overheard a woman in the back talking to another staff member saying its the patients fault... I know its convenient having a pharmacy next to the surgery, but to be on the safe side and to make sure you get your medication, I'd go somewhere else!

I've been with the pharmacy for sometime as its my local and convenient. But over the last year its service has become dangerous, unprofessional and lacking in all the aspects of a good service. Very recently they had my monthly script from the 15th - 23rd, once raising the issue via phone after many attempts to call and no answers they finally answer. Too be notified on the following Saturday 23rd if my concerns continued to be raised they would send my script back then hung up, by this time and due to the script being a week late I'd already been cutting my dose from 200mg to 50mg. Visited the pharmacy and their attitudes continued "like a power trip of the script", like they had control of it. The recent update is a week wait for any script and Clipstone doctors notified No scripts to be sent over for 2 weeks. Requested in house complaints procedure and told there isn't one, personally it's an unsafe practice with many telling the same story and anyone using insulin stay clear. Complaint past too GPhc and Well Pharmacy commissioner for review.

I have been with this pharmacy for many years, but any more!Their service is non existent, they no longer answer phone calls, I called 14 times over this week.My friend when down to see where my prescription was, to be told " they are busy", no they didn't have it ready, ( 8 days later), and were outright rude to my friend.

This branch is permanently short staffed. They never answer the phone. Prescriptions now take a WEEK. This is so frustrating.

Unfriendly staff never got medication you ordered always being told to go in surgery to change medication, you give them over a week to get your prescription done only to be told problem manufacturers and can't get medication this place is a joke ?

Went to collect my repeat prescription, which was well over the 72hr time frame. Usually get a txt to say it's ready. No msg received so I called in 4 days later after work. Only to be told 1 item needed to be ordered in. I've never had this problem before, so after sitting on a prescription over 72hr why hasn't this been ordered? Tried ringing pharmacy prior to chase but the phone never gets answered. I appreciate they're busy as the pharmacy manager pointed out, alongside the fact that they are short staffed and and have a 7 day back log.Poor service and absolute poor empathy to their customers.

Every time I go there is a problem. Not got the prescription. Things missing. Staff are not friendly. Staff don?t seem to know what they?re doing.Going to get worse when the houses next to it are occupied. They can?t core as it is.

I ordered prescription formula for my 9 month old a week ago. I went to collect it today and was told that there was none in stock. Not even a phone call to tell me it was out of stock, which resulted in me spending my Saturday morning driving around Mansfield with a prescription to try and get my 9 month old his formula. I wouldn?t have been to bothered if the prescription was for myself but this was my 9 month olds food (he has a dairy allergy) to which no one gave a second thought to. Always a long queue and never prepared even when ordering prescriptions in advance.

If I could post no stars, I would! It feels like a visit here makes you more ?Unwell? than ?Well?!Every time I go to collect a repeat prescription, there is a problem. And from listening to the other people in the depressingly long queues, I?m not alone. On a number of occasions, items are supposedly in short supply nationally, but when I?ve been to other pharmacies, they?re available. A full prescription never seems to be available to collect, you are generally asked to come back later in the day, or on another day altogether. On occasion, when an item isn?t available, the Pharmacist has suggested contacting the GP to change the medication, despite it being prescribed for some time. Some of the staff often appear disinterested. My partner now sends me to the pharmacy as she is so frustrated with the poor service, it adds to her anxiety. After 18 months of a consistently low quality experience, we?re now transferring to nearby Asda pharmacy where we receive a pleasant, efficient service. What a relief!
