My wife ordered emergency meds from the doctor. They were sent through at 5.00pm on Thursday. Called Friday morning and advised they had them . Came to well pharmacy and they were not ready, they had to be signed off. I was told it will be about 10 minutes, 20 minutes later, and I'm still waiting. You need to get more staff, there are 5 other people waiting with no sign of the pharmacist..

Usually my prescription, for one item, is ready and I get a message. This time it has been 3 weeks since I requested and that it was prescribed by the doctor. I called them and after 40 attempts they answered the phone, then left me holding on for 30mins, yes 30mins, whilst he checked. I hung up. That was 5 days ago and still no contact from them. I have not experienced rudeness but my husband has.

Rude and unhelpful staff, especially one blonde/grey haired lady who kept making comments under her breath at me! Terrible customer service & don?t even bother ringing the phone they never pick up & then deny it ringing! Despite me having the call log with multiple calls. Avoid!!

Called today for my prescription which I never receive a message to say its ready, and as usual it wasn't. I've tried several lengths of prescription notifications but they never seem to get it right.
Anyway today called back again and served by a miserable person who got my prescription and walked by the counter throwing my prescription onto it.
I'm never going there again. Used them for years and they've never got it right.

The staff are always really nice doing all they can to help and advise. Really can't understand the negative reviews as I've been using this pharmacy for 6 years with no issues at all maybe the public should be a little kinder and understand that sometimes there will be delays through no fault of the pharmacy.

Bring back the old pharmacy, this one is not fit for purpose.The telephone is never answered and the delivery of prescriptions is very much hit and miss.

Sooo slow its unreal. Get left stood waiting to be seen while all the staff stand around talking about the butchers dog's wife and how it's drinks mint tea... would not recommend
