We visit Vision Express for the first time on Tuesday, after using another options for years. We thought the service we received and the customer service was first class. The ladies that work there we so patient and helpful. I don't think we have ever had a thorough eye exam like that before,with everything explained. We will not be going anywhere else now for our eye tests.

Went for an eye test and to look at new frames. Super helpful staff; I arrived early and was seen before my appointment time.The optician was thorough and answered all of my questions and (unlike other unamed opticians that I have been encouraged to use by employers via free vouchers previously), I was not pressurised into buying every option nor the most expensive frame.Feels like the Vision Express team at Mansfield know all about great customer service and understand the cost of living difficulties at the moment - their primary interest was my eye health and that's exactly what I want.Thanks guys, see you next week to have new glasses fitted.

Staff great, but avoid buying RayBan brand !!! If you get a problem with the glasses takes months for them to be repaired, I could have sent a pigeon to Italy quicker!!!! Very disappointed.Thank you everyone for sorting out my glasses I had them back 2 days after posting this review, great work ?

Extremely helpful today when I visited I need occupational glasses which are bifocal but only my reading prescription.Felt very looked after from beginning to the end.Needed a third eye on choosing my frames too.Thank you looking for collecting and stopping squinting ?

Had an eye test today. Haven?t had one in years. I have come on google to leave a review as I?d like to thank the staff that dealt with me. The lady who did the test was lovely and so helpful and the man who did the pre test was great. He helped me pick out my glasses. No pressure to upsale me. He was professional, friendly and helpful. I was in and out in about 30 mins and I get to pick up my glasses in a week or so. It was a really easy and pleasant experience which is sometimes hard to find these days. So thank you.
