Great friendly, helpful service. Very speedy response for measuring and fitting. Fitter did a great job on quite a complicated fit. Very competitive prices for both carpets and mattress. Will definitely use again and highly recommend!

Avoid!! Avoid!! Avoid!! bought previously from other united carpets and beds and had brilliant service and just all round good value for money. But this store has just totally ripped me off poor quality and poor fitting and just all round shocking service! Now I'm left still paying a year on for carpets that look like they've been down for years and look so bad! but no resolution has been sorted.

Gary was amazing very helpful and understanding of what we were looking for not just trying to get the most expensive carpet out the door.Fitters did a great job, even helped me lift the washer back into its place so we didn't mark the new floor.Lost 1 star due to us picking a carpet originally that had free fitting and underlay and grippers. Then once it was measured the offer had changed, a little annoying as it price up for the quote (Again Gary just suggested a different carpet that was in the offer with no real loss of quality).The photos clearly needed a vacuuming. But you get the idea

Bought a roll end and underlay for spare room. New carpet came not with free fitting or underlay or anything else you might expect, or appreciate, but instead with *free* carpet beetles, identified by biologist wife. First noticed in the offcuts the fitters left dumped in the room. Not impressed. Won?t be using again.

New carpet fitted today by dave and josh...very proffesional lads clean and tidy.. the room is extra wide so needed a join and we cant even see it looks amazing ...shop staff looked after us too and the price beat anywhere around
