Our first visit for a very long time to a travel store. Mansfield?s store is our local and so welcoming. The staff made you feel very at ease and no pressure to book there and then. I liked that Tracey who served us knew which colleague had been where to ask their opinion of an area we wanted to visit.Love the apps you now can get to keep a track on your hoilday. I had been looking at TUI Hoilday?s at home but Tracey took the stress out of the booking for me as it seemed so much easier in store. Thank you.

We decided, after my illness, to try a week away to the canary Islands, now tui agent Sarah Robinson was absolutely brilliant in finding us the perfect break, she did everything possible to make sure we were happy, she deserves a medal, so much, so having got back on 7/3/24. we went to book another holiday with Sarah, and are going on the 18th May. Cannot praise Sarah high enough brilliant at what she does.Steve Hollingsworth.

Spoke to Daniel yesterday and was on and off the phone within 25 minutes with my holiday booked and paid for with no issues at all! Very friendly and overall a fantastic experience within using Tui thanks to his amazing customer service skills and finding us the best deal!! Thanks again Dan, you?ve been brill!! We visited the store recently and spoke to Michael who gave us some ideas for a holiday ,he was very helpful and friendly. We went back the next day to book a holiday, Michael was busy so we spoke to Sarah who was great, very friendly, knowledgeable and patient, we had never cruised before but she sorted us out a fantastic cruise and stay holiday for next year, we will definitely be back to book more holidays in the future

Went into the branch Sunday 25th Feb. We had a few destinations we were thinking of but Sarah narrowed it down to 2 places. She was very patient with us, asking what we were looking for in a holiday, she was honest which we really liked about her. Went away to think about it and booked the following day. Very very helpful

Great experience booking rooms for my daughter?s wedding. Had so many questions with different options to go through and Rachel was brilliant. She gave me all the information I needed to make informed choices, got us the best prices and even amended my booking (when I needed an extra adding that I forgot to mention) after a follow up call. Really happy with my booking and feel secure that all is now in place.

We recently visited our local Tui branch in Mansfield to book a Norwegian Fjord cruise with P&O. We were welcomed by Neil who was so helpful with his advice as we'd never been on a cruise before. It gave us a lot of confidence dealing with him as he'd been on the same type of cruise as well. Neil's an absolute credit to Tui with his knowledge and friendly personality. We would thoroughly recommend booking a P&O cruise through Tui as their prices were better than booking via P&O directly!
