This was my first visit to this company and I was taken back how the prices of the items I required was cheaper than local building suppliers were and how friendly the staff were and very helpful thank you to Amy and the man in the yard for there advice and even Paul the delivery driver was friendly and helpful i will definitely be back in the future.

Once again this company has proven themselves to be the WORST ever...Go to MKM, HUWS or JEWSON.Staff are rude. Prices are ripoffs and policies are biased to benefit them not actual fair trading.

Terrible Company would not use again, terrible service waited all day for sand and cement delivery even received delivery text within 2 hour slot for the delivery ,only for someone to call at the end of time slot to inform us that the delivery would not be arriving as it was a Friday and 5.00pm very good customer service !!! what do you do ? Discount offered and taken huh ! but this only went to pay for extra days hire of other equipment required by my tradesmen to complete my job as tradespeople work and hire equipment to timescales, overall i would say do not use this company it offers next day delivery but my online order was not next day or urgent but it STILL DID NOT arrive on time, it was the first and last time i will ever use this company doesn't even deserve one star, delivery finally arrived Mon afternoon 1.30 pm after being told it would be mid morning slot ..... Never Again ...

Could not organise anything, told multiple different reasons for non delivery - even delivered to wrong address, then a toilet and sleeve delivered, we were waiting for ballast and cement. Then told street too narrow when dustbin lorries can get up and asked if they could deliver up the street when ordering. Prominent builder waiting all day for delivery without success - will tell colleagues and customers to not use them. Obviously don't want business and don't care. They did not phone us once all day we had to phone them. Letter of complaint gone off to Head Office. Never met such unprofessional people in my life.

Rang Travis Perking Thursday arranged to collect a strimmer Friday 3rd September 8.15am.Arrived at there depot at 8.10am. No strimmer no strimmer at branch. Informed that the driver would deliver it to my home about 10.00am. It was delivered at 1.23pm.Used it for 2hrs, but it had Square cutting blade which did not cut the grass at all. Contacted branch and explained the problem to be fair they said they would deliver a strimmer Saturday between 9.30am to 10.00am. More to come.
