I recently shopped at TK Maxx, only to receive a parking ticket afterward because I overstayed by 25 minutes (1hour and 10 minutes in total). The car park has poorly lit, misleading, and unclear signs about the need to pay for parking. I had no idea there were fees, and it feels like a trap for loyal customers.
While I understand the parking is managed by a separate company, it was TK MAXX's decision to partner with them and enforce such policies. This setup penalizes customers who support the store, creating an unwelcoming experience.
I am very disappointed and won?t be shopping here again unless changes are made to the parking arrangements. Customers should feel valued, not punished.

Loads of rails of clothes with brands I?d not heard of ! Purports to be bedded on value but I think you have to be selective. Some things simply arnt any cheaper (imho).
