I felt poorly while in the store today and was worrying how I could finish my shopping when two wonderful assistants spotted me and they couldn't have done more to help,sorry ladies didn't get your names but won't ever forget you, thank you from the bottom of my heart you are a credit to Tesco

CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS BEFORE LEAVING STORE !!!!
This is what I was told after questioning a receipt the day after I returned to the store with an overcharged item for a refund. I was made to feel like it was my fault... their member of staff was the one that put 2 toilet rolls through instead of 1 @£8.25 each . Where instore does it tell you to check your receipt before leaving ? nowhere. Just very disappointed at customer services attitude. I'm not a thief. Have since taken my weekly shop to Aldi & a bonus I am saving money...thank you Tesco

Why close at 10pm? You are the main store in the main mansfield area even ASDA stays open longer.

They have a great cafe which serves good food.
The supermarket itself has most things someone could need.
A drawback is try calling the store to get any product information and you will have no luck.
You would think Tesco could afford to pay the wages for someone to be on customer services to take phone enquiries to see if particular items are stocked or in stock.
Also they need to sort out their opening hours on google, come here 2 times when google said store was open and it was closed.

Unhappy as needed a shirt swapping (wrong size) I rushed to Tesco knowing their CS desk closes at 9PM. I was here at 8:50 and was told it?s closed. I questioned and said this is not ok. Asked clerk if I can just swap for different size. The lady said I can. Went to find the same product, got the right one but the till opt told me I can?t do this and I have to return other day. It was still 8:56 when I got to the till?
